Nvidia Eyes AI Mega Deal With OpenAI, Report Says

The artificial intelligence race could be heading into a new phase as Nvidia and OpenAI reportedly discuss one of the largest AI infrastructure agreements ever proposed. According to a report, the chip giant is in talks to provide financing guarantees worth around $250 billion for OpenAI’s planned data centre expansion in the United States. The reported $250 billion guarantee would primarily support the project’s lease obligations and debt financing. However, it would reportedly not include the cost of Nvidia’s AI chips that will power the facility.
